Shipping
BT Fashions offers shipping to the 48 continental states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Standard shipping is free to one delivery location for orders totaling $50 or more in product purchases, within the 48 continental states. All returns are free but there is a nominal restocking fee. For the convenience of our customers, BT Fashions offers an option for expedited shipping which allows you to receive your items in as little as one day.

Orders are filled and shipped within 1-3 business days and should arrive within 5-10 business days with standard shipping. See our Expedited Shipping options below for estimated arrival times.
P.O. Box Shipping
If we cannot ship an item to a P.O. Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address.
Expedited shipping is not available for items shipped to P.O. boxes

Orders leave our warehouse in 1-3 business days.
All orders are delivered via United States Postal Service. Shipping costs will be calculated depending on the zip code and order content.
Standard Return Policy
Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials and packaging included with the shipment. There will be a restocking fee of $2.50.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can exchange it for another item (if available), or return it to BT Fashions. Returns are free. You will receive a credit to your credit card for the amount of the product purchase. You will be charged a nominal restocking fee for the return of the product. The restocking fee is $2.50 per item and will not exceed 25% of the total product purchases.

All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and in new, unused condition, and its original packaging. Jewelry sets must be returned intact. We cannot accept products with damages, missing items or evidence of wear. All earrings and hats must be returned unworn. All apparel, clothing and jewelry accessories must be returned in the original packaging and with the original tags still attached. A return ground shipping label can be requested on the customer service page.
Acceptance and Rejection of Orders
BT Fashions reserves the right to accept or reject your Order for any reason at any time.
Availability of Goods
There is a possibility that on occasion, some of the product on the website may be out of stock or unavailable. This would prevent us from filling your order. If this occurs, BT Fashions will work expeditiously to include an exact replacement or similar item on the website as soon as possible for a future purchase. In any case of item unavailability, you will be contacted by a representative with all alternative options to fulfill your order. Promotions in the BT Fashions physical locations are not valid/honored on the online store and vice-versa.

All prices quoted are in US Dollars.

Product will be left outside of the residence unless specifically noted with United States Postal Service.
Shipping fees are charged for each order and delivery location.
FAQS
Does the Bijoux Terner Online Store ship outside of the US?
Online purchases can only be shipped to the 48 continental states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship some items to Alaska and Hawaii.

Do I have to pay for expedited shipping for purchases over $50?
Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Customer with product purchases of or greater than $50, to one delivery location and within the 48 continental states, receive free standard shipping. Regular costs apply for expedited shipping.

What does "estimated delivery time" mean?
Estimated delivery time is measured from the date the order is placed to the date it is expected to be delivered. The total delivery time includes our internal time to fulfill your order, packaging and handling, and the shipping time for the carrier to deliver your purchase. All orders received after noon will begin the fulfillment process on the following business day.

* An order may arrive prior to or after the estimated delivery time.

In case of Force Majeure, the delivery date shall be extended with the term of the delay.
* Business Day – weekday in which US trading banks are open for business.

Can I stop an order from shipping and get my money back?
Please contact us as soon as possible at customersupport@btfashions.com if you would like to cancel an order. An order can be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. After a purchase has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow the standard return process.

My estimated delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
If your estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, please refer to the tracking number in the shipping notification email from Bijoux Terner and visit the United States Postal Service website at https://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm to track your order.

Can I request my order to be delivered during a weekend?
Orders may be delivered during a weekend by the shipping carrier. However, BT Fashions cannot assure an arrival date or time of any order.

If I have difficulty ordering product after hours, what do I do?
Our normal office hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 5pm (Eastern Standard Time). Feel free to contact us at customersupport@btfashions.com or at 305-500-7500 if you have any difficulties. We will address your questions if you contact us during normal working hours. If you contact us after normal working hours, we will contact you on the following business day.

Can I request a specific shipping provider?
BT Fashions is a proud partner of United States Postal Service. Currently, you cannot elect an alternative carrier.

Can I have one order and have two separate delivery locations?
Yes, an order can have multiple delivery locations.

How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are credited to the account you used to make your purchase. Shipping costs and handling fees are not refunded.

Can I use debit cards, gift cards (such as the American Express Gift Cards) or other debit cards?
Yes, BT Fashions accept any credit, gift, or debit card issued by the credit card companies listed above.

How do I receive my refund if I use a debit cards, gift cards (such as the American Express Gift Cards) or other debit cards?
All refunds are credited to the account you used to make your purchase. Shipping costs and handling fees are not refunded.

How will my purchase be packaged for shipping?
Product packaging varies based on items purchased. Smaller items and quantities are shipped in bubble envelopes while larger accessories or orders are packaged in boxes.

What is the restocking fee?
The restocking fee is $2.50. This is a fixed fee per item that covers restocking and handling expenses.
